Backups of data can be easily made directly from the program. Also, recovery of data can be easily and automatically effected following corruption of files resulting from system break downs. The shareware program runs on one computer but an upgrade can be obtained for simultaneous use on two or more computers on a network. Also, an upgrade can be obtained for a version of the program designed specifically for medical clinics.
