EyeC is a low-cost video based surveillance software for home and small business security. With a fraction of cost, you can have the performance of a high-end surveillance system. EyeC is not a motion detector but a human detector. EyeC does not generate an alert unless a human-like object is detected. It does not respond to fluctuations of pixels and noise. EyeC can handle high degrees of noise and disturbance and can be deployed with a wireless camera. The user can customize EyeC to have alerts sent via email, FTP, HTTP, or voice phone. EyeC can generates local alarms, manages data repository so that your hard disk will not be exhausted.
